"Every penny received in rent is reinvested to maintain and improve C'an Pau.
We ask for a 25% deposit when you book and the balance three months before the start of your holiday.

Changeover day is Sunday with arrival after 3.00 pm . We ask guests to vacate C'an Pau by 11.00 am.
